1. Agreement

By creating an account or using EasyMerkato, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

EasyMerkato is a B2B marketplace tool that helps suppliers and buyers list products, manage orders, track deliveries, and record payments. We provide software and related online services; we are not a party to your commercial contracts unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite where that feature is available.
• You must be legally able to enter business contracts in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Upload false product, payment, or identity information.
• Interfere with other users’ accounts or the security of the platform.
• Reverse engineer or misuse our APIs except as allowed by law.

5. Orders, payments, and disputes

Orders, deliveries, and payments are between the supplier and buyer. EasyMerkato helps you record and communicate status; it does not guarantee payment, delivery, product quality, or creditworthiness. Resolve commercial disputes directly with your trading partner. We may assist with account or technical issues but are not obligated to mediate business disputes.

6. Content you submit

You retain rights to content you upload (such as product photos and notes). You grant us a license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights to submit that content.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted access.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYMERKATO IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the platform or other users.
